What I do

Engineering management

I am a self-motivated and experienced IT professional with over 10 years experience in the Engineeering discipline. From hands-on engineering to leadership, I have experience of building high performing teams.

Android software engineering

Initially I wasn't won over by Android engineering. Around the time of the Gingerbread OS, I wasn't enamoured by it. I continued with iOS engineering until around Android's KitKat version.

iOS software engineering

I consider myself fortunate in that I started my career in iOS engineering straight out of University using Objective-C to the present day where I now keep up to date with iOS in my own time.

All things tech

In tech trends change often, I do enjoy keeping up to date with the latest tech and will tinker with tech when I need to. I do enjoy reading a good book too (usually tech related).

Jamil started a new role as Engineering Manager and I had the pleasure to work directly with him for a year and watched his growth as professional.
He's natural to the role and a great mediator between conversations.
